All rates are per night and based on 2 persons sharing a room (excl. single rooms)

Unfortunately, we only accommodate children over 15

Rates may vary depending on availability and seasonality

Early check-ins (before 3pm) are available at an additional cost - please enquire at time of booking

Late check-ins (after 4pm) are accepted but only by prior arrangement

To secure your reservation we require your credit/debit card details and a 50% non refundable deposit of total payment.  The balancing payment is due 60 days prior to arrival

Please note that we do not accept payment by cheque or American Express

Please advise if you have any food allergies as our food is prepared in an area which may contain nuts

If you require a packed breakfast outside our normal serving hours, please let us know 24 hours in advance

We offer a range of vegetarian breakfast options, but please advise of any special dietary requirements

Please note that breakfast is only served to residents

There is a strict no smoking policy in our house - it is not permissible to smoke in any room or in any public area of the house

We do not allow pets, except for guide dogs

It is not permitted to store golf shoes and/or golf equipment in any guest room - there is dedicated secure ground floor storage area to accommodate the same.  Failure to comply may result in confiscation

In the event of any damage to our rooms (including carpets), you will be charged a replacement/reinstatement cost on check out

In the event of deliberate and/or accidental setting off of the fire and/or security alarm, you will be charged a fee of £250

There is a replacement cost of £100 for any lost or unreturned room key
